To achieve the Rotary Citation, review all the available goals, select at least half of them, achieve those goals, then report your achievement in Rotary Club Central.
All achievements need to be reported in Rotary Club Central by 30 June.

Mark Makulinski Donor Advised Fund Grant Request (doc)
Mark Makulinski is a longtime Rotarian currently living outside of Atlanta but has ties to the Upstate. Mark and his wife, Rose, are Rotary Arch Klumph Society members. Mark is also a committed conservationist working closely with The Nature Conservancy (TNC), the world’s leading conservation organization. The Nature Conservancy is a science-based, nonpartisan conservation organization whose South Carolina chapter has offices in Greenville, Columbia and Charleston.
Mark’s family established the Makulinski Family Fund, a donor-advised fund at TNC. Mark has offered to match gifts from Rotary Clubs in South Carolina 1:1 up to a maximum of $4,000 per Rotary Club to support environmental projects before 12/31/2023 with an opportunity to extend this deadline if necessary. There are up to $100K in matching funds available.
